1] All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
2] No cancellation of orders once confirmed. If not
penalty of $5 will be imposed.
3] Please direct your orders/enquiries to
lady.tycoon21@hotmail.com . Emails will be replied within 24hours. If not, do send again.
4] Prices stated are
exclusive of postage price unless otherwise stated.
5] Strictly
NO PAYMENT=NO ORDER for preorder.
6] Payments have to be made first before T-21 can proceed your orders, or else the orders will be forfeited.
7] Payments are to be made before the closing date of pre-order (if stated) or within 3 days.

ONLY POSB BANK TRANSFER IS ACCEPTED.
NO CONCEALED CASH.
Meet-up payment can only be made at AMK.9] Meet-up is applicable for collection of items.
10] Collections of items can be done via
Normal or Registered postage/ Meet-up.
Postage- Normal postage = 80cent-$2
Registered postage= $3.50-$4.50.
Depending on the weight of item
T-21 will not be held responsible for damages or lost due to normal postage. But rest assured it will be packed properly before being sent out.
Meet-up
- Meet-up collections are ONLY done at T-21’s convenience:
- AMK/Sengkang (depending on time)
*Please do not be late.
11] Items are NON-REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.
12] And lastly if you are not willing to wait, DO NOT take part in any T-21’s pre-orders. :D
13] By placing ur orders with us, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed with all our terms n conditions.
